How it works

• Activate the tag from the SafeSaathi app and set up your Family Group
• Invite family members using their personal Family Code, or share your own so they can join you
• Once everyone's in, each member's location and safety status becomes visible to the family, based on the permissions each person sets

The scan and contact process

If a family member's tag is scanned by someone else, the finder is connected through a masked call to the right family contact — no personal number ever shown.

Does everyone in the family need to buy their own pack? No — every SafeSaathi user has their own Family Code and can be invited into a group for free. This product adds the physical wearable tags and unlocks the Family Tab for the account that activates it.

Can I turn off my location sharing anytime? Yes, each member controls their own toggle, and it takes effect immediately.

What happens if the Family Pack expires? Family features become restricted, but nothing is deleted — your group, members, and settings are kept exactly as they were, and everything resumes the moment you renew.

Can I remove myself from a family group? Yes, anytime, from the app — this fully removes your visibility both ways.
