Refund Policy

Overview
This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds are issued for SafeSaathi orders. It should be read together with our Cancellation Policy and Return Policy.
When a Refund Applies
A refund applies when: (a) you cancel an order before it ships (see Cancellation Policy), or (b) you return an eligible product per our Return Policy and it is received and approved.
Non-Refundable Amounts
Shipping charges are not refundable. If a GST tax invoice was generated for your order, applicable tax will be deducted/adjusted from the refund amount in line with GST rules.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 15 days of approval, directly to your bank account. We do not automatically refund duplicate or accidental payments — if you notice a duplicate charge, please contact support so we can verify and process it manually.
