Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, placing an order, or using any SafeSaathi product or feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app, website, or activate a SafeSaathi product. SafeSaathi is operated by Eternity Systems ("we", "us", "our"), registered office at Aero City, Mohali, Punjab 140306, India (MSME registration UDYAM-PB-20-0134656).
Our Services
SafeSaathi provides physical QR-based safety products (stickers and tags for vehicles, luggage, family members, devices, and other belongings) that, once activated to your account, enable scan-to-connect masked calling, SOS alerting, live location sharing with approved family/contacts, and crash detection. Feature availability depends on the specific product you activate and its configuration.
Eligibility & Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current information when creating your account (including your mobile number and, where applicable, emergency contact details) and are responsible for keeping this information up to date and for all activity under your account.
Products, Activation & Validity
SafeSaathi products are physical QR stickers/tags that must be activated within the app before their safety features work — activation links the specific QR code you purchased to your account. Products carry a fixed validity period shown at the time of purchase. Once a product's validity period ends, its features stop working; there is no automatic renewal, and you will need to place a new order to continue using the service on that item.
Orders & Payments
Orders can be paid for via Online Payment (through our payment gateway) or Manual Online Payment (bank transfer or QR code, verified against the transaction reference you submit). Cash on Delivery is not available. See our Cancellation Policy, Return Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy for how orders, cancellations, returns, and refunds are handled.
Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure, for the accuracy of information you provide (including emergency contact details and shipping address), for activating and using SafeSaathi products lawfully, and for not misusing the QR scan/masked-calling system (for example, by providing false information to a finder or using the service to harass another person).
Safety Features — Important Disclaimer
SafeSaathi's SOS alerting, crash detection, and location-sharing features are tools intended to assist in an emergency and to help a finder reach you — they are not a replacement for police, ambulance, fire, or other official emergency services, and you should always contact emergency services directly when needed. SafeSaathi cannot guarantee that an alert will be delivered, seen, or acted upon in time, that a finder will be able to reach you, or any particular outcome in an emergency, and depends on factors outside our control including your device's connectivity, sensors, battery, and OS permissions, and your emergency contacts' own responsiveness.

Account Deletion
You can request deletion of your account at any time — see our Account Deletion page for how to submit a request.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SafeSaathi and Eternity Systems are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to any emergency outcome, missed alert, or third-party courier/telephony/payment provider failure.
Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of SafeSaathi shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mohali, Punjab.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our products, features, or legal requirements. Continued use of SafeSaathi after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
