How to request deletion

1. Send a WhatsApp message using the WhatsApp button on the app's Home screen or Profile screen.
2. Include "Account Deletion Request" in your message.
3. Our team will verify your request and process the deletion.

Data that will be deleted

• Account information (name, phone number, profile details)
• Emergency contacts
• Saved user preferences
• Associated app data

Data that may be retained

• Transaction records, where applicable
• Security logs required for legal and fraud-prevention purposes

Retention period

Retained records described above are kept for up to 90 days after account deletion, or longer where required by applicable law or regulation, and are used only for the security, legal, and fraud-prevention purposes stated here.

Processing time

After verification, account deletion will be completed within 30 days.
