Associate & Distributor Terms

Overview
These Associate / Distributor Terms apply in addition to our main Terms & Conditions to anyone who joins the SafeSaathi Associate/Distributor referral program to earn referral commissions or bonuses.
Becoming an Associate
You may join the program by registering as directed within the app, and share your referral details with others. Commission and bonus rates are as displayed within the app/Associate dashboard at the relevant time and may be updated from time to time.
Commissions & Bonuses
Commissions and bonuses are calculated based on qualifying orders placed through your referral, as tracked by our system, and credited to your Associate wallet.
KYC Requirement for Withdrawal
To withdraw funds from your Associate wallet, you must complete KYC verification (bank account details and identity proof) and have it approved. Withdrawals cannot be processed until your KYC is verified.
Commission Reversal
If an order linked to your commission is later refunded or cancelled, the associated commission will be reversed from your wallet, including from already-credited earnings where applicable.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Associate/Distributor program for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or misuse of the referral system, at our discretion.
