Cancelling Before Shipment
You can cancel an order before it has shipped by contacting our support team. Once cancelled, any payment made will be refunded per our Refund Policy.
Cancelling After Shipment
Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you no longer want the product, you may be able to return it after delivery — see our Return Policy for eligibility.
How to Request Cancellation
Contact our support team with your order number as soon as possible — orders are typically processed for shipping quickly, so an earlier request is more likely to be actioned before dispatch.
